BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
a labor agreement with the International Union Of Operating Engineers, Local #49-Street and
Alley to govern the terms and conditions of employment for employees of the City represented
by said exclusive bargaining unit for the years 2003, 2004 and 2005.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS RD DAY OF 2003.
