• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
the development agreement with John and Merrylee Rogotzke for Lot 1, Airport Industrial Park
2nd.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the agreement on
behalf of the City.
