• RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Common Council on the 22nd day
of January, 2003 and upon notice duly published as required by law, a hearing was held on the
19th day of February, 2003 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard on the making of the following improvement(s): Project No. M1-29 (J-
9790) "Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Extension to Serve the Cedar Park Subdivision
Area"
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Rochester, Minnesota:
(1) Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the
feasibility report.
(2)The foregoing improvement(s) is hereby ordered to be made as proposed in the
resolution adopted by the Common Council on the 19th day of February, 2003.
(3) The Public Works Director is hereby designated as the Engineer for this
improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA,AT A MEETING THEREOF HELD THIS 19th DAY OF
FEBRUARY, 2003.
