• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a development agreement with Val and Laura Zaborowski for property along 29th Street S.E., in
the Christ Lutheran Church Subdivision.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the development
agreement on behalf of the City.
