BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a City/Owner Contract with Badger Development, LLC, (Owner) and Road Constructors, Inc.,
(Contractor) for J5056, "Watermain Extension to Serve Lot 2, Block 1, Circle Drive Business
Center Fifth (Merrill Lynch Building)."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this contract on
behalf of the City.
