RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City accept
voluntary participation of the following noted properties in the City's Regional Storm Water
Management Plan:
• Mount Olive Lutheran Church Building Addition (SDP #03-08)
2830 18th Avenue N.W., property $ 530.82
• Westburne Supply Building Addition (SDP #03-11)
Lot 2, Block 1, Valleyhigh Industrial Park $ 372.46
• Tractor Supply Company (SDP #03-20)
Lot 3, Block 1, South Broadway Business Center First Addition $17,397.70
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute any and all documents or
agreements necessary to complete these transactions.
