BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a
hearing duly noticed and held on June 2, 2003, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County,
Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: .
That part of the West Half of Section 18, Township 106 North, Range 13 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota, described
as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 18; thence South 01 degree 22
minutes 00 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the west line thereof. 1317.91 feet to the southwest corner of the
North Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 18 (said point being the southwest corner of SOUTH PARK TWO);
thence North 88 degrees 52 minutes 16 seconds East along the south line of said North Half, 570.00 feet to the
southeast corner of said SOUTH PARK TWO for the point of beginning; thence continue North 88 degrees 52 minutes
16 seconds East, along the south line of said North Half, 730.99 feet to the southwest corner,of SCHOENFELDER'S
THIRD SUBDIVISION; thence North 01 degree 31 minutes 01 second West, along the west line"of SCHOENFELDER'S THIRD
SUBDIVISION: 421.66 feet to the southwest corner of SCHOENFELDER'S SECOND SUBDIVISION, thence North 01 degree 25
minutes 25 seconds West, along the west line of said SCHOENFELDER'S SECOND SUBDIVISION, 827.55 feet to the

SOUTH PARK FOUR; thence South 88 degrees 29 minutes 26 seconds West, along the southerly line thereof; 257.78
feet; thence South 29 degrees 06 minutes 32 seconds West, along the southerly line thereof, 64.37 feet to the
easterly corner of SOUTH PARK THREE; thence South 29 degrees 06 minutes 32 seconds West, along the easterly line
thereof, 181.68 feet to the northeast corner of SOUTH PARK; thence South 20 degrees 17 minutes 46 seconds West,
along the easterly line thereof, 545.60 feet to the north line of SOUTH PARK TWO; thence North 88 degrees 38
minutes 00 seconds East, along said northerly line, 45.39 feet to the northeast corner thereof (the next three
courses are along the easterly line of said SOUTH PARK TWO); thence South 17 degrees 10 minutes 30 seconds West,
22.92 feet: thence South 07 degrees 38 minutes 21 seconds West, 830.51 feet; thence.South 01 degree 22 minutes 00
seconds East, 360.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 27.52 acres more or less.
• TO BE KNOWN AS HAWK RIDGE, submitted by Hawk Ridge Development, LLC, a Limited
Liability Company, owners and proprietors, and Merchants Bank National Association,
mortgagee, and is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public
purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted.
