BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a
hearing duly noticed and held on June 2, 2003, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County,
Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
SEE ATTACHED
TO BE KNOWN AS KINGSBURY HILLS 5TH, submitted by Joel Bigelow and Sons Enterprise
Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, owners and proprietors, and Home Federal Savings Bank, a
• Minnesota Financial Corporation, mortgagee, and is hereby approved and all dedications of
land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER,
MINNESOTA, THIS _2nd DAY OF June , 2003
