RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a contract with the State of Minnesota for the Rochester Fire Department to be a Chemical
Assessment Team for hazardous materials responses for the period July 1, 2003 to June 30,
2004.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
