• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a
hearing duly noticed and held on July 7, 2003, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County,
Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Lot 5, Block 1, NORTHVIEW FIRST SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof on file
at the County Recorder's office, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
Said tract contains 2.95 acres more or less.

• TO BE KNOWN AS NORTHVIEW THIRD SUBDIVISION, submitted by HCS, LLC, a Minnesota
Limited Liability Company, mortgagor, and Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association,
mortgagee, Both being owners and proprietors of the following described property situated in
the County of Olmsted, State of Minnesota, and is hereby approved and all dedications of land
or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER,
MINNESOTA, THIS 7th DAY OF July , 2003
