RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a City/Owner Contract with Badger Development, Inc., (Owner) and Road Constructors, Inc.,
(Contractor) for J5043, "Watermain & Hydrant(s) to Serve Circle Drive Business Center Fourth."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this contract on
behalf of the City.
