HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 460-03 a RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Exemplar, Inc., presented a Wetland Delineation and Replacement Plan for 0.23 acres of Type 3 wetland on property owned by Ted Holstein. The property is located south of CR 9, Collegeview Road and west of CR 109 and Sunnydale Subdivision, S.E.; and, WHEREAS, the applicant proposes replacement through a wetland creation of 24,000 square feet of new wetland credits and 9,000 public value credits; and, a WHEREAS, the Technical Evaluation Panel met and recommended approval of the application subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant must submit a Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants for the created wetlands and the public value credit wetlands. 2. The applicant must submit an annual monitoring report to the Planning • Department for a period of up to five years as required by the wetland rules. 3. The developer must place wetland boundary signs along the north side of the existing wetland that is also the south property boundary of the lots along the south side of Bridgeview Drive. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common'Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve the Wetland Replacement Plan presented by Exemplar, Inc., subject to the above conditions.
