RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
an administrative services agreement with Corporate Benefit Services of America, Inc., to
administer the City's health and dental plans.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the
City execute an excess risk insurance contract with ING/ReliaStar Life Insurance Company.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute these agreements
on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF 2003.
