RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City acquire
1.5 acres of land from the Burke Family Ltd., for the site of a neighborhood playground, a
wooded area and a trail connection to Glendale Hills Fourth and Rocky Creek Drive N.E.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the purchase agreement and any
other document required to implement this resolution on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2003.
