HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 503-03 l j 1 5c = RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into assessment agreements for the Wells Fargo Bank and Michael's properties for the project to reconstruct the existing sidewalk along First Avenue from the Peace Plaza to West Center Street, J4601. The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute these agreements on behalf of the City.
