BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a Highway Maintenance Agreement with Olmsted County for the period from July 1, 2003 to
June 30, 2004, relative to the City's maintenance of 10.65 miles of county highways within the
City of Rochester.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
