RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the
Comprehensive Traffic & Parking Resolution, previously adopted and amended by the Common
Council, be amended in the following respects:
I. Add paragraph (120.7) of Section B, "No Parking Zones" so as to read:
(120.7) Fifth Avenue S.E., between Fifth Street and Sixth Street,
along the median island, at all times.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF 2003.
