RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the
Comprehensive Parking Resolution, previously adopted and amended by the Common Council,
be amended in the following respects:
I. Add paragraph (3.25) to Section H "Limited Time Zones", (Zone F— 2 Hour limit) to read:
(3.25) Fifth Avenue N.W., on the west side, from a point 35 feet more or less
south of Second Street N.W., to a point 105 feet more or less south of
Second Street N.W., 8:00 a.m., to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF "THE CITY OF
