HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 4500 - Ordinance - Zoning Map Amendment No. CD2023-005ZC by Rochester Civic Lot Development LLC ORDINANCE NO. ______ ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 1.79 ACRES OF LAND FROM R-4 (HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) TO MXD-FR (MIXED USE DOWNTOWN-FRINGE) AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4478, KNOWN AS THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Upon public hearing duly noticed and held, Ordinance No. 4478 as amended, known as the Unified Development Code of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, is hereby further amended as follows: The Zoning Map of the City of Rochester as adopted by said Ordinance No. 4478 establishing the various zoning districts and boundaries thereof is amended by rezoning the following described lands to the district indicated: MXD-FR (Depicted as Parcel 1): The West Forty-six feet (46') of the South One Hundred Thirty-two feet (132') of Lot Sixty-five (65), State Subdivision of Section Thirty-six (36), Township One Hundred Seven (107), Range Fourteen (14), Olmsted County, Minnesota. (Depicted as Parcel 2): The South 132 feet of the East 46 feet of the West 92 feet of Lot Sixty Five (65), State Subdivision of Section 36, Township 107 North, Range 14 West; according to the Plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the register of Deeds in the County of Olmsted, Minnesota. (Depicted as Parcel 3): All that part of Lot 65, State Plat of Section 36, Township 107, Range 14, which lies north of the south line (if extended) of the North 1/2 of Block 79, Original Plat, City of Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota. (Depicted as Parcel 4): West 2/3 of the SE 1/4 of Block 79, Original Plat of the Town, now City, of Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota. (Depicted as Parcel 5): East 1/3 of the SE 1/4 of Block 79, Original Plat of the Town, now City, of Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota. (Depicted as Parcel 6): Commencing at the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of Block 79, Original Plat of the City of Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota for a place of beginning, running thence South to the SE corner of the N 1/2 of said Block, running thence West a distance of 27 feet, running thence North a distance of 32 feet, running thence West a distance of 26 feet, running thence North to the North line of said Block, running thence East a distance of 53 feet to the place of beginning and there terminating. (Depicted as Parcel 7): Commencing at the Northwest corner of the East Half (E 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), Block 79, Original Plat of the City of Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota, for a place of beginning; running thence South to the Southwest corner of the East Half (E 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said Block; running thence East, along the South line of said East Half (E 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said Block, 50 feet; thence North 32 feet; thence West 26 feet; thence North to the North line of said Block; thence West 24 feet to the place of beginning.
