BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that funds be appropriated to the following projects: 1 Section 1. Discontinued Projects 1.1 The projects listed below have been completed and all costs of said improvements have been paid. Therefore, these projects shall be discontinued and the projects with unexpended balances shall have those balances transferred to the listed local improvement projects in section 1.02 below.
