RESOLUTION
Approving Final Plat No. CD2023-017PLAT, To Be Known As Hadley Creek Fourth
Subdivision, by Farmland LLC., for the Subdivision of 1.45 Acres Into Six Lots,
Located on the South Side of Hadley Hills Drive, directly south of the Hadley Creek
Golf Course Driving Range.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on December 11, 2023, the following
plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Outlot A, HAWTHORN MEADOWS COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY NO. 361,
according to the plat thereof on file at the County Recorder’s Office, Olmsted County,
Minnesota.
Containing 1.45 acres, more or less.
TO BE KNOWN as “Hadley Creek Fourth Subdivision”, submitted by Farmland LLC., is
hereby approved, and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as
shown on said plat are hereby accepted/.
