RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the Comprehensive
Traffic and Parking Resolution, previously adopted and amended by the Common Council,
be amended in the following respects:
1. Amend Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 76:
3rd St NW, on the south side, from 2nd Ave to 3rd Ave NW, and from 4th Ave to 8th
Ave NW to 175 ft ft east of 5th Ave NW; at all times.
2. Add Section I, “Metered Parking,” Zone H, “10-Hour Meters,” Paragraph 13.2:
3rd St NW, south side, from 3rd Ave NW to 4th Ave NW.
3. Amend Section L, “Residential Permit Parking,” Zone 7, “Cummings Addition,”
Paragraph 4:
5th Ave NW, on both sides, from 2nd St 3rd St NW to 4th St, 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday
through Friday.
4. Add Section L, “Residential Permit Parking,“ Zone 7, “Cummings Addition,”
Paragraph 8:
5th Ave NW, west side, from 2nd St NW to 3rd St NW, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday.
5. Add Section I, “Metered Parking,” Zone H, “10-Hour Meters,” Paragraph 24:
5th Ave NW, both sides, from 1st St NW to 2nd St NW.
6. Add Section I, “Metered Parking,” Zone H, “10-Hour Meters,” Paragraph 25:
5th Ave NW, east side, from 2nd St NW to 3rd St NW.
7. Add Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 49.5:
2nd St NW, north side, from 40 ft west of 4th Ave NW to the west 140 ft.
8. Add Section I, “Metered Parking,” Zone H, “10-Hour Meters,” Paragraph 26:
2nd St NW, north side, from 4th Ave NW to 5th Ave NW.
9. Delete Section I, “Metered Parking,” Zone H, “10-Hour Meters,” Paragraph 12:
3rd Ave NW, on both sides, from 1st St to 2nd St.
10. Delete Section I, “Metered Parking,” Zone H, “10-Hour Meters,” Paragraph 15:
4th Ave. NW, on both sides, from Center St. to 2nd St. NW.
