HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 112-24 - Resolution - Final Plat No. CD2024-008PLAT Mercy Hill Second RESOLUTION Approving Final Plat No. CD2024-008PLAT, To Be Known As Mercy Hill Second, A Project Consisting Of 38 Residential Lots And Two Outlots On 28.60 Acres, Located West Of Rome Circle NW. WHEREAS, Farmland LLC has requested from the City of Rochester Final Plat approval to be known as Mercy Hill Second; and WHEREAS, the Final Plat proposes 38 residential lots and two outlots on 28.60 acres of land located west of Rome Circle NW; and WHEREAS, the Council adopts the findings as described attached to the Community Development memo dated June 3, 2024, and finds the proposal meets the criteria in R.C.O § 60.500.040 (subd. H) Final Plat; and WHEREAS, on January 10, 2024, the City of Rochester Planning Commission reviewed the Major Land Subdivision application and recommended approval subject to four conditions; and WHEREAS, on February 5, 2024, the City of Rochester Common Council held a public hearing to consider a Major Land Subdivision application and adopted the findings of fact and approved the application subject to four conditions. NOW, THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that, a public hearing duly noticed and held on June 3, 2024, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Lot 1, Block 2, Mercy Hill First. TO BE KNOWN as “Mercy Hill Second”, Farmland, LLC, Applicant, is herby approved, and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted, subject to the follow conditions: 1. Prior to recordation, Final Plat GIS Impact and E911 addressing fees shall be paid. 2. Prior to recordation, the applicant shall meet their parkland and boulevard obligation. 3. Prior to recordation, the property owner shall execute the amended Development Agreement. 4. Prior to construction of public infrastructure, the applicant shall execute a City- Owner Contract and dedicate applicable easements.
