Learn how to meet bidding and reporting expectations. For more information contact jjohnson@rochestermn.gov Pember Companies original bid for earthwork scope on Discovery Walk project met the Targeted Business goal (4%). Throughout the project they contracted with additional TBs for more than 7% of their contract. Prevailing Wage Reporting is not expected during suspended periods of a project. If your project has been suspended during the winter months, it it not necessary to submit certified payroll reports in LCPtracker until you start performing again in the spring.
