NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Rochester International Airport (RST) enters into Minnesota - Department Of Transportation (MNDoT) Agreement No. 1055322 with MnDOT for the purposes of providing for routine maintenance by RST upon, along, and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 63, the limits of which are defined in said Agreement. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in accordance with the City of Rochester’s Home Rule Charter Section 4.01 Subd. 2 that the Mayor is authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the agreement with attestation by the City Clerk.
