BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester as follows: 1. That the State of Minnesota Agreement No. 1057843, “Grant Agreement for Airport Improvement Excluding Land Acquisition,” for State Project No. A5501- 236 at the Rochester International Airport is accepted. 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized by the City of Rochester’s Home Rule Charter Sec. 4.01 Subd. 2 to execute this agreement and any amendments on behalf of the City of Rochester.
