HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 046-25 - Resolution - Parking Restrictions - March 3 2025 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the Comprehensive Traffic and Parking Resolution, previously adopted and amended by the Common Council, be amended in the following respects: 1. Delete Section E, “Passenger Loading Zones,” Paragraph 55: 3rd St SW on the south side 25 feet, more or less, in front of the premises known as 512 3rd St SW (1st Presbyterian Church). 2. Delete Section E, “Passenger Loading Zones,” Paragraph 50.5: 3rd St SW on the south side from a point 100 feet more or less east of 2nd Ave, to 2nd Ave, 2 stalls., in front of the premise know as the Campbell Hotel. 3. Delete Section E, “Passenger Loading Zones,” Paragraph 51: 3rd St SW on the south side from a point 100 feet, more or less, east of 2nd Ave (2 stalls) (Campbell Hotel). 4. Amend the title of Section I, “Metered Parking,” Zone H: 10-Hour No Time Limit Meters 5. Add Section L, “Residential Permit Parking,” Zone 6, “Edison School Area,” Paragraph 44.9: 9th Ave SW, east side, from 175 ft south of 2nd St SW to 3rd St SW, residents may purchase permits. 6. Add Section J, “Passenger and Commodity Loading,” Paragraph 1.05: 1st Ave SW, west side, from 75 ft to 100 ft north of the Peace Plaza, 15-minute limit. 7. Add Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 15.7: th West Center St, south side, from 85 ft to 145 ft west of 4 Ave SW. 8. Amend Section E, “Passenger Loading,” Paragraph 10: West Center St, on the south side, from a point 130 feet more or less 145 ft west of 4th Ave SW to a point 100 feet more or less east of 6th Ave SW. 9. Amend Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 426: 37th Ave NW, both sides, from McIntosh Dr NW Winesap Dr NW to 65th St NW. 10. Add Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 431: Winesap Dr NW, both sides, from 37th Ave NW to 34th Ave NW. 11. Add Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 432: Cody Pl NW, west side, from Winesap Dr NW to Blossom St NW. 12. Add Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 433: Silver Creek Rd NE, both sides, from East Circle Dr NE to Century Village Ln NE. 13. Add Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 434: Century Village Ln NE, both sides, from Silver Creek Rd NE north to the end of the cul-de-sac. 14. Amend Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 193.8: 12th Ave NW, on the west side, from West Center St to 2nd St 1st St NW, between 6:00 am to 9:00 am and 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. 15. Amend Section L, “Residential Permit Parking,” Zone 5, “Cascade Manor Neighborhood,” Paragraph 20: 12th Ave NW, from 1st St NW to 2nd St NW, on the east side both sides, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
