HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 4564 - Ordinance: Zoning Map Amendment CD2025-001ZC by SHS Construction ORDINANCE NO. ______ ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 3.89 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF MARION ROAD SE AND WEST OF PEARL COURT SE AT 2221 MARION ROAD SE FROM R-2 (LOW DENSITY SMALL LOT) TO MX-C (MIXED USE CENTER) AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4478, KNOWN AS THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Upon public hearing duly noticed and held, Ordinance No. 4478 as amended, known as the Unified Development Code of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, is hereby further amended as follows: The Zoning Map of the City of Rochester as adopted by said Ordinance No. 4478 establishing the various zoning districts and boundaries thereof is amended by rezoning the following described lands to the district indicated: MX-C Lot 36, AUDITOR’S PLAT “E”, according to the recorded plat thereof, on file at the office of the County Recorder, Olmsted County, Minnesota: EXCEPT That part of Lot 36, Auditor’s Plat “E” lying 50.0 feet south of and parallel with the south line of Parcel No. 7 as identified on the Olmsted County Right of Way Plat No. 104, County State Aid Highway 36, said plat filed of record with the Olmsted County Recorder on August 5, 1994, as document #689990. Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective upon the date of its publication.
