RESOLUTION
Approving 1215 Whitlock - Sonnenberg VFW to Conduct an Off-Site Gambling
Event at Graham Park.
WHEREAS, off-site permits issued by the state require municipal permit approval by
Resolution in accordance with Minn. State Statutes 349.213 and 349.165; and
WHEREAS, 1215 Whitlock-Sonnenberg VFW Post has applied for an off-site gambling
permit from July 21, 2025, through July 27, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the gambling premises will be at Graham Park, located at 1403 3rd Ave
SE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of
Rochester, Minnesota, that the Council authorizes the 1215 Whitlock-Sonnenberg VFW
to conduct an off-site gambling event at Graham Park, located at 1403 3rd Ave SE, from
July 21, 2025, through July 27, 2025
