HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 4568 - Ordinance: Zoning Map Amendment CD2025-003ZC by City of Rochester ORDINANCE NO. ______ ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 55.48 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED WEST OF BROADWAY AVENUE NORTH, EAST OF EAST RIVER ROAD NE, THST SOUTH OF 44 STREET NE, AND NORTH OF 41 STREET NE, FROM LI (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) TO SI (SPECIAL INDUSTRIAL) AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4478, KNOWN AS THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Upon public hearing duly noticed and held, Ordinance No. 4478 as amended, known as the Unified Development Code of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, is hereby further amended as follows: The Zoning Map of the City of Rochester as adopted by said Ordinance No. 4478 establishing the various zoning districts and boundaries thereof is amended by rezoning the following described lands to the district indicated: SI 741333079294 Lot 1, Block 1 in Public Works and Transit Operations Center in Section 13-107-014 in the City of Rochester 741333079295 Lot 2, Block 1 in Public Works and Transit Operations Center in Section 13-107-014 in the City of Rochester 741334083464 Outlot A in Morris Memorial Subdivision in Section 13-107-014 in the City of Rochester 741334083465 Outlot B in Morris Memorial Subdivision in Section 13-107-014 in the City of Rochester 741334083466 Outlot C in Morris Memorial Subdivision in Section 13-107-014 in the City of Rochester Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective upon the date of its publication.
