RESOLUTION
Authorizing Execution of a Minnesota Department of Transportation Grant
Agreement for Air Service Marketing.
WHEREAS, the City of Rochester is to receive a state grant for General Aviation Apron
Reconstruction and Expansion at the Rochester International Airport.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester as follows:
1. That the State of Minnesota Agreement No. 1060236, “Grant Agreement for Air
Service Marketing,” for State Project No. A5501-SM027 at the Rochester
International Airport is accepted.
2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement and
any amendments on behalf of the City of Rochester.
