HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 227-25 - Resolution - CD2025-030PLAT - Stonebrooke 6th Final Plat RESOLUTION Approving Final Plat No. CD2025-030PLAT, To Be Known as Stonebrooke Sixth, for the Subdivision of 62.5 Acres Into 69 Residential Lots, 2 Common Area Lots and 3 Outlots, Located East of Stonebrooke Fifth Subdivision, East of Sunnydale Ln. SE, and south of College View Dr SE. WHEREAS, Stonebrooke of Rochester LLC., has requested from the City of Rochester Final Plat approval for a subdivision to be known as Stonebrooke Sixth. WHEREAS, the Final Plat proposes 69 residential lots, 2 common area lots and 3 outlots on 62.5 acres of land located east of Stonebrooke Fifth Subdivision, east of Sunnydale Ln. and south of College View Dr SE WHEREAS, the Council adopts the findings as described attached to the Community Development memo dated September 22, 2025, and finds the proposal meets the criteria in R.C.O § 60.500.040 (subd. H) Final Plat. WHEREAS, on September 22, the City of Rochester Common Council held a public hearing to consider a Final Plat application for the development, adopted the findings of fact, and approved the Final Plat subject to four conditions. NOW, THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, at a public hearing duly noticed and held on September 22, 2025, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota is to be known and designated as follows: Outlot C, Stonebrooke Fifth, Olmsted County Minnesota. Containing 62.5 acres, more or less. TO BE KNOWN as “Stonebroooke Sixth”, by Stonebrooke of Rochester LLC., Applicant, is hereby approved, and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted, subject to the follow conditions: 1. Prior to recordation of the Final Plat, the City-prepared Supplemental Development Agreement #3 shall executed by the owner and recorded by the City. 2. Prior to recordation of the final Plat, the applicant shall make payment to the Rochester Park and Recreation Department for the City planting of required boulevard trees or execute a Boulevard Tree Green Facilities agreement to be recorded by the City. 3. Prior to recordation of the final plat, the applicant shall provide a list of potential street names to Olmsted County GIS for validation and update the final plat mylar with County approved street names per the County GIS referral letter dated September 9, 2025 4. Prior to recordation of the final plat, documentation shall be provided to Community Development demonstrating County GIS Preliminary Plat & Final Plat GIS Impact fees and E911 Addressing fees have been paid. per the County GIS referral letter dated September 9, 2025.
