OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes Dialect Real
Estate Advisors to seek proposals from qualified brokerage firms to assist with the
marketing and sale of the approximately 1.1-acre parcel of vacant land adjacent to Fire
Station 2.
