OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby enters into a service
agreement with Channel One to disburse $100,000 for food assistance with the first
disbursement of $50,000 happening on November 5, 2025, and the second disbursement
of $50,000 happening on November 19, 2025.
