OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes
Engagement of Services Agreement with Smith Schafer and Associates, LTD in the
amount of $94,500 and $98,000 for the fiscal year 2025 and 2026, respectively, for audit
services of the City's financial transactions and controls.
