OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes execution
of a Boulevard Tree Green Facilities Agreement with Creekview Meadows LLC for the
planting of boulevard trees within the Creekview Meadows Third subdivision.
