RESOLUTION
Adopting the 2026 General Levy.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Olmsted County,
Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied for the current year, collectible in
2026 upon taxable property in said City of Rochester, for the following purposes:
GENERAL LEVY
General Fund: $82,237,827
Library Fund: 9,095,025
Municipal Recreation System: 11,648,339
Rochester International Airport: 765,122
Internal Service Fund 0
Debt Service-Internal Service Fund: 330,244
G.O. Debt Service Fund: 4,894,966
Capital Improvement Fund: 7,313,100
Total Tax Capacity Levy $116,284,623
MARKET VALUE LEVY
Park Referendum 2,000,000
Total All Levies $118,284,623
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified
copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Olmsted County, Minnesota.
