OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes Contract
Amendment No.2 for Project No. J8908, "Reimaging 6th Avenue West and Reconnecting
the Downtown Mobility Network" in an amount not to exceed $76,000 for needed
preliminary engineering work on the 6th Avenue West corridor and evaluation of 2nd Ave
SW as the new potential bike route.
