OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes the First
Amendment to extend the term of the 2019 Rochester MN Sports Services Agreement
through December 31, 2026, providing the City with the option to renew for additional
three-year periods, and authorizing City staff to execute the amendment.
