OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby approves Zone Change
No. CD2025-005ZC, by Enclave Development, LLC., amending the zoning designation
on a 2.04-acre site from R-2x (Low Density Residential Infill) to R-4 (High Density
Residential) and directing the City Attorney to prepare an Ordinance for First Reading.
