OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby adopts designation of
the Rochester Post-Bulletin as the official newspaper for 2026 City printing, publishing,
and advertising beginning January 5, 2026, at the rate established by Minnesota State
Statutes for legal publications.
