OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby:
1. Authorizes advertisement for bids once bid documents are approved by the United
States Economic Development Agency grant team and conducting a bid opening
at a time to be determined for the construction of the Mayo Civic Center Marquee
Sign and Mayo Park Upgrades.
2. Approves a Memorandum of Understanding with Experience Rochester for local
match portion of project cost.
