RESOLUTION
Authorizing Execution of a Minnesota Department of Transportation Grant
Agreement for Airport Zoning Update.
WHEREAS, the City of Rochester is to receive a state grant for Airport Zoning Update at
the Rochester International Airport.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester as follows:
1. That the State of Minnesota Agreement No. 1062255, “Grant Agreement for
Airport Zoning Update,” for State Project No. A5501-246 at the Rochester
International Airport is accepted.
2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement and
any amendments on behalf of the City of Rochester.

ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2025.
