OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby:
1. Approves the proposed Ordinance addition to the Rochester Code of Ordinances
(RCO) Ch. 5-24 relating to Film Permits; and
2. Directing the City Attorney’s office to prepare an Ordinance for first reading on
February 2, 2026
