The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby approves a settlement
agreement with an additional claimant stemming from previous litigation between Tap
House Real Estate, LLC and the City of Rochester, in United States District Court matter
No. 22-cv00492 (ECT/DTS) (D. Minn.).
