OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes a revocable
permit and agreement ("the agreement") with Mayo Clinic for various electrical duct bank
private improvements within the public right-of-way of 1st St SW, 3rd St NW, 3rd Ave NW,
4th Ave NW, and 5th Ave NW, to facilitate the Mayo Clinic - 15kv Distribution Marion Bus
10/11 Feeder Extension Project Package B3.
