OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby:
1. Approves Zone Change No. Zone Change No. CD2025-008ZC, by Sunshine
Behavioral Health Group, LLC., amending the zoning designation on a 2.71-acre
site from LI (Light Industrial) to MXG (Mixed Use General); and,
2. Directs the City Attorney to prepare an Ordinance for First Reading
