OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby approves the Mayoral
appointments of:
1. Michael Bee to the Fire Civil Service Commission, effective February 19, 2026, to
fill the unexpired term of C. Hodde ending March 31, 2027.
2. Rodney Spencer to the Zoning Board of Appeals, effective immediately, to their
first three-year term ending December 31, 2028 (replacing R. Wrightman).
