OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes a pedestrian
facilities agreement and temporary construction easement with Rochester Plumbers and
Fitters Building Corporation to ensure the installation of pedestrian facilities along the
entire frontage of its property abutting 32nd Ave NW right-of-way.
