OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes a Septic
System/Sanitary Sewer Utility Connection Agreement with the Jeannette C. Krom-Treels
Revocable Trust under agreement dated June 17, 1997, to allow for repair or replacement
of the current septic system serving their property until the property can be connected to
municipal sanitary sewer at a later date.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
